Every visit to a Complete Skin & Beauty Salon will earn you Complete Reward Loyalty Points that you can use on select services and/or products at your next visit.
To thank and reward our valued clients, every client who visits a Complete Skin & Beauty salon is automatically enrolled in that salon’s Loyalty Program. It’s our way of showing appreciation while helping you enjoy more of the treatments and products you love or trying something you haven't experienced before.
Rewards are earned on all products and services, including promotional offers unless otherwise stated. It’s a simple way to treat yourself more often, with the more you spend, the more you save.
Rewards are not redeemable for cash and are not eligible for refunds. Please note Rewards cannot be used to purchase treatment series packages.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, your Rewards balance may be cleared. If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask that you contact the salon to reschedule or cancel your appointment to retain your Rewards.
The easiest way to view and track your Rewards balance is through the Complete Skin & Beauty app. Simply link your account to monitor your points, see available rewards, and enjoy exclusive benefits.

- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services and products.
- Earn double points when you rebook your next appointment in salon.
- Earn 20 points when you leave a Google or Facebook review for your favourite therapist.
Your points accumulate over time and can be redeemed for complimentary treatments or products once you reach the required balance. Please speak to your local salon on which treatments and products are eligible.

How you earn Complete Rewards

- 1 reward point = $1.
- Maximum redemption of $50 per transaction.
